Fun by Nature, Family by Choice, Victorious by Design

Welcome to the home of “Your Quest Log Is Full” where our members find refuge when they are unable to login! We are a small, family guild that loves to wreak havoc on each other. When we are not cutting loose, we strive to be helpful towards our fellow guildies and allies and are innately paying it forward without even realizing it. We utilize our website to the best of our ability. It's a GREAT way to be informed, have discussions, and still be able to dive right into the game when you login- ready to quest. If you are New to Quest Log, don't forget to check out the quick facts page. Don’t hesitate to contact any of our members if you have any questions! Remember! It's all about having a good time!

Purpose
The role of the guild is first and foremost to further enhance the enjoyment of the game for everyone. A guild provides a form of home for players. It’s a source for assistance, familiar faces, and conversation. We try to keep our home as one consisting of a fun-loving and mature nature without taking ourselves too seriously. Guilds are really all about the members. What you get out of it will depend on what you put into it.

Goals
We’ll get there if and when we get there. Not a guild motto, but an appropriate way to express the goals of the guild. The only certain goal is to have fun while experiencing what we can in the game. We are not a raiding guild, but raids may be scheduled on occasion for fun. We do desire to experience endgame content, but it will likely happen at a casual pace. We do not discourage individual members from seeking out opportunities outside of the guild if they so choose. In fact, we encourage it if it’s something that they are looking to do. Our guild is to promote an enjoyable experience, not restrict it.

As far as end-game content is concerned, we aim to be a raid capable guild. One of our goals is to have enough interested players to be able to visit end game content, to include pre-TBC endgame content, heroic instances, and level 70 raids. However, as has been noted, we'll get there whenever. If raiding is not your cup of joe, that's fine too, there is still a lot of stuff that goes on outside raids. We are first and foremost a social guild, where members can find other players that they come to know and trust

Code of Conduct
In the spirit of keeping things simple, general guild rules are as follows:

1. Play with honor, respect, humor, and consideration for others. This applies to fellow guild members as well as any other players you encounter in the game.

2. Have fun, since that's what we're here for. Also please recognize that each person may find enjoyment in different ways that your own.

3. Adhere to any additional guild rules deemed necessary to create.

4. Respect and follow the game policies and ToS (Terms of Service) agreement.

Overall, we expect each member to take onthe responsibility of their guild home environment and communicate anychanges, concerns, or ideas that they may have or have observed. Please keep that in mind. We are a family, and we expect our members to treat and care for each other accordingly - and as always- have fun doing so.

Disciplinary Actions
Enforcement of these expectations is at the discretion of guild leadership members. For most situations, it can be expected that a warning will be given in some form. Generally, it won’t be a big deal and will simply be a “please don’t do that” sort of thing. Further concerns will primarily be for anyone repeatedly engaging in undesired behavior and showing little desire to change.

Leadership
The guild is lead by an outfit of Wookie Elders. The role of guild leadership is to provide a pleasing and enjoyable atmosphere for the guild’s members. They will try to assist members whenever possible and practical, and they will work to resolve conflicts that members find themselves unable to resolve on their own. In the end, they’re all here to have a fun time just like any member. Our veteran wookies are all encouraged to take part in our council discussions and provide their insight and feedback into any related topic.

Rank Structure (work in progress)

They may be short an "e", but Wookies still strive for the greatness of their Wookiee ancestors.

Membership Entitlements
Members have the freedom to enjoy the game as they see fit. You are your own person and can make your own decisions on what you want to participate in and what you don’t. All members are encouraged (but not required) to have real lives, with periodic or unexpected interruptions and changes in schedule. As a result, you won’t find many requirements around here. We encourage members to help each other out when able to, but without feeling obligated to. All members have the freedom to schedule and lead any events of their choosing. As such, it is expected that members will take advantage of that and will make best efforts to fulfill their own goals. In setting up and publicizing events, members are encouraged to work together with fellow guild members, allied guilds, or anyone else with common goals or interests.

There’s a catch to this free reign policy. If we want to be able to tackle the tougher end game challenges, we are going to need to have a solid army of prepared members. Through teamwork, that can be a quick process. If we let everyone fend for themselves, it will likely take much longer. A guild is strongest when working together.

We hope and expect that any members who are not enjoying themselves will speak up and voice their frustrations or concerns. It’s a game and should be fun for everyone playing. Maybe something can be done or changed to help, but we need to know about it in order to try. Along with that, all members are more than welcome to contribute to suggestions for improvement.
